   Is a Medical Exam Required?   No medical exam is required, just a few health questions.   Yes. A medical exam may be required including a blood test drawn from your arm as well as complete urine test may also be required.   
 
   How long will the application approval process take?   The eLifePolicy online process will take approximately 15 minutes and provide a decision on your policy immediately following the submission of your form.   4 weeks is usually the MINIMUM time required. Applicants often must wait two to three MONTHS for a decision.   
 
   Will my doctor have to send in a copy of my medical history records?   Generally no medical files or information is required from your doctor unless in the rare instance your submitted registration information requires further medical clarification.   Frequently, the application process requires your doctor to submit a copy of your entire medical history file to the life insurance company.
